The AUP Processing Notes are available here. Also, if you are an AUP customer, there will be a link to these notes at the top of your "Jobs" tab when you login using your LTI-supplied username and password.
LTI has a web-based interface to allow easier retrieval of AUP output files. Enter your LTI-supplied username and password in the boxes at the top of the screen. This will take you to a User Files screen. Select the 'Jobs' tab to see your results. AUP Processing Notes are also available in this area. You can still use FTP to retrieve the files as in the past.
The document Authority Express File Names provides step-by-step instructions for creating names for the files you submit for AEX processing. It also explains each of the files that you will be returned to you after your files have been processed.
Log in to your LTI account, then click on User Profile at the top of the screen. This brings up your current profile. Select the "Request a change" tab. List all changes that you are requesting, then click on the Submit button.
Login at the top of the screen using your LTI-supplied username and password. Once logged in, click on "User Profile" at the top of the screen.
